Implementation:

For both standard and customized software RAAK offers technical support. Based on the content and scope of the project RAAK composes a dedicated project team, that includes a project manager, application specialists and/or software engineers. Prior to the implementation we provide a detailed project plan including deliverables and timelines. Software deployment goes beyond just installation. It includes all the activities that contribute to the optimal use of the purchased software. The right implementation and configuration of the software supports the fast adoption of new practices and a short payback time.

Validation:

For regulated laboratories RAAK offers validation services. Based on a standard methodology (V-model) or based on the validation requirements of the customer a validation plan is composed. Executing the validation plan assures the customer that the purchased software is installed and functioning in the right way.

For a number of standard software products RAAK offers Validation toolkits (VTK). The VTK offers standard documents and tools for performing Qualification Installation (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Training:

For both standard and customized software RAAK offers training. During the training sessions customers learn how to use the software to get the most out of it. In addition we offer training programs for stand software on how to setup and configure specific methods.
