Nexxis iLAB controls every aspect of an analysis or procedure in “real-time”, as events occur. Work lists are retrieved from LIMS at the moment they are needed. Nexxis iLAB walks the analyst through the analysis, step by step, controlling the process, and communicating with any system required. Training records are checked before the analysis is started. Instrument calibration modules are checked automatically. Chemical inventory programs can be updated immediately, as a chemical is used. Limits in a LIMS or ERP system can be retrieved and checked as soon as data is available.
For the analyst, real-time control means less work, less effort, and improved results. For the manager, real-time control means that work is complete and accurate every time.

Nexxis iLAB can integrate and automate any instrument in your lab; from simple RS232 instruments like balances to instruments with sophisticated software like Chromatography Data Systems.
For instruments that are equipped with their own data system, Nexxis iLAB provides the most advanced integration available on the market today.
For small instruments that have no dedicated software system, the real challenge is to control the manual processes that are associated with these devices.
